What's amazing is the work they did to the transaxle to avoid one forward and five reverse speeds.
Most people just take the four speed and throw a taller 3rd and 4th gear on it. (or get a 911 transmission if they have $$) Reengineering a transaxle to run backwards is a LOT of work.
